Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • General administrative support including coordinating meetings, appointments, and planning events or meetings.
  • Maintaining office organization, including ordering office supplies and managing filing systems.
  • Assisting the accounts team with financial tasks such as data entry, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports.
  • Ensuring proper documentation and filing of financial records, including receipts and invoices.
  • Assisting with monthly and yearly reconciliations, payroll processing, and other accounting tasks.
  • Communicating and collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supporting event planning and coordination, including managing logistics and arrangements.
