About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic marketing department and contribute to the development of our social media presence across Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, and the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive follower growth, increase engagement, and enhance brand awareness.
  • Manage and oversee the creation of high-quality social media content, including static and video formats.
  • Collaborate with our Clinic teams to produce engaging content tailored for each platform.
  • Craft compelling and persuasive captions for social media posts, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone of voice.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management with a proven track record of growing followers, increasing engagement, and managing successful social media accounts.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring a small team to achieve performance targets.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn), including their algorithms, best practices, and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a strong command of English, ensuring engaging, high-quality captions and social media content that align with brand messaging.
  • Creative flair with a strong visual sense, capable of guiding and influencing the creation of visually compelling content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights to enhance strategy.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and social media platforms simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage external partnerships across different markets.
