Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operational Sourcing Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing materials procurement to ensure that demand is met while optimizing overall cost. You will develop strategies to support customer business needs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence supplier relationships to drive supply chain excellence.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  1. Manage MRP to ensure materials supply equals demand
  2. Source new and existing materials, frequently re-quoting and negotiating to capitalize on cost reduction opportunities
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports to track supplier performance

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to stakeholders.
