Job Title: Commercial Trainee - Marketing Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Trainee to join our marketing team. In this role, you will assist in managing commercial activities and developing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • To work closely with the commercial team to ensure effective documentation and adherence to company standard operating procedures.
  • Assist the marketing team with tasks related to inventory management, expense reporting, stock code creation, marketing materials, customer satisfaction surveys, and tender document preparation.
  • Liaise with customers regarding service-related inquiries and appointments.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in sciences, biotechnology, biomedical, marketing, or business.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrates competency in Microsoft Office skills relevant for documentation activities and report generation.
