  • Efficient use of resources and equipment
  • High level of customer satisfaction
  • Low error rate in shipment processing

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience in shipping and receiving
  • Good knowledge of courier/express shipment management
  • People management experience as a team leader or supervisor
