Inviting applications for the role of Order to Cash

Responsibilities

  • Act as Single Point of Contact for the relevant scope/ markets during early transitions before handing over this role to a senior in the team;
  • Perform daily tasks and interact with people at all levels within & outside the organization; resolve items require referral to supervisor or others;
  • Achieving KPIs / SLAs contractually cooperated with the customer, continuously improving on performance benchmarks;
  • Identify recurrent problems/issues in Operations and resolve;
  • Collaboration with internal team for supervising and solving raised issues;
  • Team & people management, in collaboration with the Ops Manager, focus on integration of new talent, engagement, communications and monitoring (regular meetings, frequent feedbacks, coaching and mentoring, recognitions);
  • Develop measure to effectively manage knowledge within the team (e.g. AR Cross Training program) in order to secure a back-up structure;
  • Support employee development; provide internal and external trainings; conduct yearly performance assessments, development plans, performance discussions and appraisals and career planning etc.;
  • Ensure existing policies and procedures are followed (e.g. overtime).
  • To own and drive Continuous Improvement ideas within team;
  • Strive to identify new and creative ideas for handling the team/ leading the activities, to promote the growth of the business;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, handle, and engage a multi-function team, manage change and operate in an environment that promotes perfection.
  • Proactive and ability to work both independently and as part of the team.

Qualifications we seek in you

  • Degree, ACCA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent is preferred;
  • Experience in transitions would be an advantage;

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in English – both written and spoken;
  • PC skills: MS Office package. Previous experience in working with SAP or other ERP systems.
