  • Timely and accurate sales recognition, cash application and bank draft related postings are crucial to our financial health.
  • We issue VAT invoices and perform monthly sales VAT reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax rules.
  • As an Accounting Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for regular AR report management and Fapiao verification per the tax laws.
  • VAT invoice verification and accounts receivable overdues management are also key tasks in this role.
  • You will need to perform accounts reconciliations for AR related sub-ledgers to maintain financial integrity.
  • Additionally, you will prepare PBC lists regarding AR sub-ledger parts upon audit requests.
  • Reconciling AR statements with suppliers is a vital task that ensures seamless transactions.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. If you have experience with accounting software and a passion for numbers, we encourage you to apply.
