Executive Role in Customer Service

In this Executive Role in Customer Service, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via telephone, managing customer expectations, and resolving issues through effective communication.
The ideal candidate will have a strong command of spoken and written English, with the ability to speak and write Mandarin and/or Chinese dialects an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class customer service via telephone
- Manage customer expectations and display ownership for customer requests
- Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve customer issues
- Keep up-to-date on new or enhanced products/services to maintain high-quality service
- Support Team Leaders and Managers to review processes and implement improvements
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree from a recognized college/university
- At least 1 year of working experience in a call centre/customer service role
- Experience handling international calls an advantage
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Good voice, clear pronunciation, and diction
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
