Job Description

This key role involves overseeing the onboarding process of Participants and ensuring timely execution within SLAs. You'll work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our services.

  • We need someone who can conduct project kick-off meetings and progress updates to keep stakeholders informed.
  • The ideal candidate will act as the first-level assessor for AoC and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • This role also involves proposing process improvements and maintaining SOPs, as well as assisting in new service implementation and project planning.
  • You'll monitor onboarding performance and prepare reports to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, IT, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial, banking, or payment services industries.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Confluence.
  • Project management experience is an advantage.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
