About the Role

Join a dynamic, fast-growing health & wellness platform that empowers spas, wellness centers, clinics, therapy providers, and more As a Sales & Merchant Onboarding Specialist, you will:

  1. Find & onboard new merchants
  2. Close sales and hit targets
  3. Work with agents to promote and expand our listings

Since many of our merchants and agents communicate in Mandarin & English, we need someone who can sell and engage fluently in both languages

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify potential merchants and pitch our platform's value
  2. Use Mandarin & English to communicate effectively with clients
  3. Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  4. Overcome objections and close deals
  5. Guide merchants through the onboarding process
  6. Provide personalized consultations to help merchants succeed
  7. Conduct face-to-face, video call, or event-based onboarding
Client Support & Appointment Management
  1. Schedule and confirm sales meetings & onboarding sessions
  2. Follow up with merchants to ensure smooth activation
  3. Assist with technical or service-related issues
Work with Agents to Promote Listings
  1. Build relationships with agents, resellers, and promoters to expand reach
  2. Train agents on how to sell and promote our platform's offerings
  3. Monitor and support agent-driven sales efforts
Market Research & Prospecting
  1. Stay updated on health & wellness industry trends
  2. Use social media, networking, and research to find new merchants
  3. Track and report sales performance and onboarding metrics
  4. Suggest improvements to increase merchant success rates
What We're Looking For
  1. Mandarin & English fluency – You must be able to sell & onboard merchants in both languages
  2. Sales Experience – Background in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or business development is a plus
  3. Health & Wellness Enthusiast – Passion for the wellness industry is preferred
  4. Strong Negotiation Skills – Confident in closing deals & handling objections
  5. Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM systems, social media, and digital tools
  6. Self-Motivated & Target-Driven – A go-getter who thrives in sales challenges
  7. Organized & Reliable – Able to manage multiple merchant relationships
  8. Experience Working with Agents – Ability to collaborate with third-party agents and promoters
  9. Willing to Travel – Open to traveling for sales meetings & business events

Compensation:
Basic Salary: MYR 2,800 - MYR 3,300 (negotiable based on experience)
Bonus Incentives: Up to MYR 1,000 based on performance
