Job Title: Senior IT Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Motorola Solutions. As a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Expertise: Develop and implement supply chain solutions using Oracle Planning modules, with a focus on Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) and Demantra.
  • Functional Design and Technical Specifications: Create functional design and technical specifications to extend and enhance Supply Chain applications, including On-prem Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion cloud.
  • Agile Methodologies: Work in agile scrum methodologies to deliver projects and enhancements, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective working relationships with business and IT teams, and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience: Up to seven (7) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience in IT Operations, with experience of implementing or supporting Oracle supply chain modules in On-prem eBS or Oracle Fusion cloud.
  • Skills: Strong business and customer/client focus, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work well in a team, and adapt to changing priorities.
