**Job Description**:

- Lead division/internal LOQ improvement projects.
- Act as LOQ plant coordinator key user supporting logistics quality topics.
- Support logistics process model (process description, process data sheets, related work instructions, etc.) which include rollout of new logistics quality tools which contribute to digitalization topics.
- Methodical support and contribute the customer's perspective in the CIP activities, as well as the risk assessment from logistics point of view.
- Ensure that the standard logistics processes are adhered to, with effect to when deviations occur from the standard process.
- Report complete logistics quality KPIs.
- Participation in the rebuilding, processing and coordination of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) in logistics.
- Coordinate and timely processing of both customer complaints and internal logistics complaints (e.g. IQIS, Q2)
- Lead, prepare and assist logistics team in audits which include customer audits, internal audits, BPS audit and certification audits.
- Initiate functional meeting for knowledge sharing on complain management to logistics teams with alignment to central BBM’s best practice.
- Support and work towards achieving the departmental goal.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Data Analytics/ Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst / Analysis / Analytics role.
- Computer literate with an aptitude for figures.
- Programming knowledge in any languages.
- Understanding of MRP is essential.
- Basic knowledgeable in SAP system.
- Related working experience in material flow planning function in manufacturing environment required.
