Your Role
We are seeking an experienced account manager to join our team, responsible for managing a portfolio of existing merchants, growing account size and value, coordinating with internal teams, and fostering relationships through consistent engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing merchants on ShopBack
- Grow account size and value by proactively working with merchants and advising them on upcoming campaigns and securing offers for promotions
- Coordinate across internal teams, including marketing, business development, and operations, to achieve merchant expectations and maximize performance
- Foster and grow merchant relationships through consistent engagement and ensuring a high quality of service level through a customer-centric approach
- Conduct periodic performance reviews with merchants to ensure high campaign participation and optimization of commercial outcomes
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in account management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with merchants
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data
- Highly self-motivated and driven to excel and deliver
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders
