Job Description

  • Leadership Role: As the Plant GM, you will be the leader of our operations and manufacturing teams. As part of our senior leadership team, your contributions make a direct impact on our performance.
  • Technical Expertise & Oversight: Provide guidance and direction to engineering, maintenance, and production teams in relation to machinery design, modifications, installation and after sales service.

About You

  • You should hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, up to at least a Bachelor's level.
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience within a similar/relevant industry is required. A significant expertise in a machinery manufacturer is advantageous.
  • Prior senior leadership experience, with a consistent and stable professional track record.
  • Effective communication and influencing abilities to manage internal stakeholders and global customers.
