Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Planning and Reporting Manager to join our team at Hunters International Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to drive growth, efficiency, and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with corporate goals and drive company growth through data-driven insights and market research.
  2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports and forecasts to the President and HQ, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.
  3. Budget Management: Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with Company objectives and efficient resource allocation.
  4. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
  5. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the local office, Regional Office, and HQ, ensuring clear and effective communication of business strategies and performance metrics.
  6. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business planning and decision-making, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  7. Project Management: Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the President, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Requirements
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field; an MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in business planning, financial reporting, or a related role.
  3. Strong business acumen, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication ability to speak and write Korean Business language is required.
  5. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all reporting and planning activities.
  6. Ability to write and speak Korean fluently.
