Job Description

The Process Improvement Leader will be responsible for driving process improvements and efficiency gains across the Operations and Technology division.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have experience in Lean Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and design thinking principles, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and efficiency gains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify areas for process improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and complaints.
  • Drive improvement initiatives and conduct trend analysis and benchmarking against industry standards.
Requirements
  • Graduate in banking, finance, or related fields.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
