  • Leading the shift team and ensuring successful operation, maintenance, and repair of all critical environment systems
  • Planning daily work activities and prioritizing tasks to achieve 100% uptime
  • Collaborating with vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with site health and safety policies
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on shift activities and performance metrics

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a data centre environment
  • Strong knowledge of data centre operations, including development and management
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
