Job Description

This role is responsible for driving and managing demand and supply planning processes, ensuring that supply chain operations are optimized to meet customer requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and effective implementation of all Life Cycle projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the S&OP process to ensure consensus demand forecast and optimized supply plan in place.
  • Create and manage supply plans to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
  • Owns planning parameters in ERP System and responsible for the up-to-date assortment at SKU level of assigned brands.
  • Monitor and analyze demand and supply performance metrics.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Inventory Management, Gap Analysis, Cost Efficiency, and efficiency of supply processes.
  • On-time, in-full delivery of business basics – budgets, quality compliance etc.
