  • Passion for HR: Strong interest in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to handle various HR responsibilities efficiently.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
