We are currently seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to support our team in Oval Damansara. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or higher in accounting and related fields, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, managing accounts payable, maintaining accurate records, supporting audit and tax submissions, and contributing to process improvements.

Necessary Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or degree in accounting or a related field required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software necessary.
  • Prior experience in a similar role highly valued.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
