**Job Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and have a basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting.

You will also need to have a Diploma in Accounting or Finance related field and at least 2 years of working experience in Accounting related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Finance Manager in daily financial operations and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in financial reporting processes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Help with accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Conduct finance verification and check financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support payroll processing, including checking overtime and verifying staff claims.
  • Manage attendance records and ensure accurate tracking of employee attendance.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
  • Chase payments from clients and assist in making payments to vendors and suppliers.
  • Act as a runner, visiting government departments, banks, and other locations as needed.
  • Assist in work permit applications and other administrative tasks related to HR and compliance.
  • Support IT-related tasks, such as troubleshooting software issues, maintaining IT equipment, and coordinating with IT vendors.
  • Assist in office and equipment maintenance tasks, ensuring that the office environment is well-organized and equipment is in good working condition.
  • Coordinate and assist with audits and compliance activities.
  • Support the Finance Manager in project management and other special tasks as assigned.
  • Perform data entry and maintain financial databases.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal departments regarding financial information.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager or company.
