About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our global operations team as a Global Operation Excellence, Assistant Manager. Based in Prai, Penang, you will play a critical role in supporting our teams who build great products and contribute to our growth.

Your typical day will involve:

  • Supporting the establishment of standardized operating systems across Flex sites worldwide.
  • Developing policies to implement these systems, including naming standards, process steps, data maintenance, and compliance measurement.
  • Implementing these policies in our sites, ensuring compliance.
  • Working with operations SMEs and other teams to prepare training materials and implement procedures for operational excellence.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in global/regional roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical instructions.
