Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media management tools, as well as excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns
    • Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Create and curate engaging content across digital platforms to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
    • Optimize campaigns for performance and ensure consistency with overall brand messaging.
  • Social Media Management
    • Manage social media accounts and increase brand engagement.
    • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media.
    • Create and schedule posts, monitor comments, and engage with the audience.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
    • Perform keyword research and optimize content to improve search engine rankings.
    • Manage paid search campaigns and track ROI for ongoing optimization.
    • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to enhance site performance.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting
    • Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other data platforms to monitor KPIs.
    • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Email Marketing
    • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote products/services.
    • Segment email lists, create compelling email content, and analyze the results for optimization.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with internal teams to create cohesive marketing strategies.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep campaigns competitive.
  • Website Management
    • Oversee website updates and content management using CMS platforms.
    • Ensure websites are optimized for both desktop and mobile devices, maintaining a user-friendly experience.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing roles. Experience in specific industries may be preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing concepts.
    • Familiarity with social media management tools.
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
    • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
    • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
    • Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
Additional Skills (preferred but not mandatory):
  • Experience with CRM software and email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of content management systems and basic HTML.
Working Conditions:
  • WFH / Remote Settings
  • Some travel may be required for meetings or events, but the job is primarily digital and tech-driven.
