Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the architectural design, planning, and implementation of construction projects.

You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met, review architectural drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to identify and resolve issues, and monitor project progress to identify and mitigate risks. You will also provide regular updates to the project team and ensure projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

In addition, you will assist in the preparation of project budgets, schedules, and other administrative tasks and provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar project management role within the construction industry
  • Thorough understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and project management best practices
  • Proficient in using design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
