Senior Marketing Support Officer

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Marketing Support Officer to join our marketing operations team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The successful candidate will provide high-level marketing support to Franklin Templeton's business in APAC (excluding Japan, India and Australia) across both retail and institutional businesses.

The role will primarily focus on managing marketing operations, including planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across various types of marketing literature such as factsheets, pitchbooks, presentations, commentaries, brochures, flyers, etc.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local regulations and business environment, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, develop and implement marketing strategies and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business objectives in APAC.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives, including fact sheets, commentaries, brochures, sales presentations, and other promotional materials for the region in English and Chinese.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams to develop fund-related materials to support campaign and product launches.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior marketing staff to ensure effective delivery of marketing materials.
  • Manage relationships with regional clients and business partners to deliver value-added services.
  • Drive innovation and process improvement in marketing operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
