Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily after-sales activities, ensuring compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Monitor spare parts inventory levels, throughput, and revenue, taking corrective actions as necessary.

**Requirements:**

  • Hold a Diploma/Degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and conversing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Demonstrate reliability, strong integrity, and result-oriented attitude with a service-minded approach.
