Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media management tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans across multiple channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize content to improve search engine rankings.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
    • Create and schedule engaging posts, monitor comments, and interact with followers.
  • Content Creation and Copywriting:
    • Write compelling marketing copy for emails, blogs, social media, and web content.
    • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visual assets.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other data platforms.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote products/services.
    • Segment email lists, create personalized content, and track results.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing timely updates and insights.
  • Website Management:
    • Oversee website updates and content management using CMS platforms like WordPress.
    • Ensure websites are optimized for desktop and mobile devices, maintaining a user-friendly experience.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing concepts.
    • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
    • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
    • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
