Glints is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to spearhead brand awareness, content creation, and community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, optimize performance, and craft compelling content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign goals, objectives, and KPIs.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to improve website content and visibility.
  • Develop and manage content calendars for newsletters, emails, and EDM that align with overall campaign goals.
  • Write and design high-quality, engaging content that maintains brand consistency and drives audience engagement.
  • Lead the content production process, from ideation to execution, including design and video editing when necessary.
  • Create compelling narratives and case studies showcasing participants' success stories to inspire and motivate the organization's community.
  • Develop strategies to foster active engagement and participation within the Glints community.
  • Create and manage interactive content that encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing among participants.
  • Respond to community inquiries and feedback, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, particularly in banking and finance, to encourage deeper community involvement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role, focusing on content production and community engagement.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and inspire audiences.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media schedulers, email marketing platforms).
  • Experience with tools like Canva.
  • Design and video editing skills are a bonus.
  • A passion for innovation and keeping up with the latest trends in digital marketing and content production.
