Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Develop and execute paid search and social campaigns across multiple platforms, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.
  • Implement strategic testing plans to continually improve campaign effectiveness and drive growth.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis and deliver actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Create comprehensive reports that tell the story behind the numbers and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Strategic Planning & Innovation

  • Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies and roadmaps that drive business growth and success.
  • Propose and lead innovative experiments and promotional campaigns that stay ahead of industry trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand campaign assets that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid search and social campaigns.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords (SEM, Display) or Facebook/Social Media campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Google/Omniture Analytics, and other web analytics tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
