Requirements
- 2-3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid search and social campaigns.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords (SEM, Display) or Facebook/Social Media campaigns.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Google/Omniture Analytics, and other web analytics tools.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
