Job Description

This role is designed for a seasoned professional to manage and support franchisees in their daily operations. The ideal candidate will oversee marketing strategies, ensure brand standards, and drive financial success for franchise stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guiding and supporting franchisees in their daily operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
  • Conducting regular checks on franchisee operations, assisting in resolving operational issues, and driving business growth.
  • Providing training and coaching to franchisees to improve their management skills and operational efficiency.
  • Organizing regular franchisee meetings to share successful cases and operational tips, fostering franchisee cohesion.
  • Marketing Support:
  • Developing and implementing marketing plans for franchise stores based on market research, ensuring promotional activities effectively boost sales.
  • Assisting franchisees in formulating local marketing strategies tailored to regional market demands, driving localized brand development.
  • Reviewing franchisee promotional activities and advertising materials to ensure they align with brand image and marketing requirements.
  • Brand Standards and Process Oversight:
  • Ensuring all franchise stores adhere to company brand standards, service processes, and operational procedures.
  • Conducting regular store inspections, evaluating compliance with brand image, service quality, and product standards, providing improvement suggestions.
  • Reporting regularly to headquarters on franchisee performance and market feedback, suggesting necessary improvements.
  • Financial and Performance Management:
  • Assisting franchisees with budgeting and financial management, monitoring their cost control, profitability, and use of operating funds.
  • Analyzing sales data, monitoring franchisee performance, ensuring targets are met, and taking necessary actions to adjust operations.
  • Overseeing inventory management and supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and avoiding stock shortages or excess.
  • New Store Opening and Expansion:
  • Assisting in evaluating potential franchisees, supporting them through site selection, contracts, and store opening preparations.
  • Providing operational and technical support for new store openings, ensuring smooth launches and achieving initial targets.
  • Tracking the performance of new stores post-launch, providing ongoing support and optimization recommendations.
  • Industry Trends and Competitive Analysis:
  • Staying updated on industry trends and market dynamics, adjusting franchisee operational strategies to enhance competitiveness.
  • Analyzing competitor strengths and weaknesses through market research, proposing improvements.
  • Enhancing Franchisee Satisfaction:
  • Establishing a feedback mechanism to regularly collect franchisee opinions and suggestions, improving company policies or services.
  • Following up on franchisee complaints and ensuring timely resolution, maintaining long-term positive relationships.
