The position involves formulating and executing a sales strategy for the Process Heat exchanger business in accordance with assigned targets and SEA Energy Division strategy and targets. Leading, developing, and securing a high-performing sales team in line with the Alfa Laval culture is also a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Strategically manage the Process GPHE and WHE business units to exceed sales and profitability targets.
Develop the business by driving relevant sales and business development activities to gain customer loyalty and satisfaction: Market Analysis, Pricing, Visits, Seminars, and other initiatives.
Lead a large team, spread across the region, fostering a culture of excellence and aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
Drive our '4 ways to market' strategy, enhancing sales through key customer engagement and partnerships.
Collaborate with central business unit colleagues to synchronize strategies and initiatives, ensuring a unified approach to market challenges.
Ensure effective communication across a diverse, geographically spread team, maintaining cohesion and operational clarity.
Implement pricing strategy as per the established pricing process.
Establish right technical & commercial support for the team ensuring that they provide a seamless professional customer experience.
