About the Position

The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the training administration functions within the organization.

  • Support the development and implementation of training programs for agency members.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of training compliance.
  • Prepare and issue termination notices to agents who fail to meet training compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with agency members and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training administration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in training administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
