Head of Sales and Revenue Growth

Sales Head will lead the national sales team to drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning, customer relationship management, and market expansion. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales and management, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets; Lead the national sales team to deliver sales performance; Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships with customers; Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and product positioning; Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, leasing companies, distributors, and dealership partners;
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field; 10+ years of experience in sales, leadership, and management in commercial vehicles, automotive, fleet management, or transportation solutions; Proven ability to develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and negotiate high-value deals; Strong network in commercial fleet sales, dealerships, and B2B markets; Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills; An attractive salary package, year-end bonus based on performance, exposure to the global industrial/manufacturing industry, opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company, and a supportive and inclusive company culture.
