About the Job

This role involves working closely with suppliers in Southeast Asia to ensure product quality and improve supplier performance.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage quality control processes for electrical/electronics suppliers (PCBA, cable) in Southeast Asia.
  2. Assist suppliers in understanding and meeting our quality standards and requirements.
  3. Review supplier quality documentation to ensure it meets the expectations of the U.S. and/or European factories.
What We're Looking For
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in supplier quality management, particularly in PCBA, cables.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of electrical/electronic components and processes, including quality standards and technical drawings.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English, with the ability to handle technical documentation.
