The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing marketing efforts, setting up new centers, and leading staff to ensure preschool success.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • To develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote student enrolment at Smart Reader Kids centres
  • To oversee the setup of new, local and international centres and ensure that franchised centres are fully operational with trained staff and good student enrolment
  • To provide leadership, guidance and support to staff members and oversee the overall well-being of the preschool
  • To foster a positive and productive work environment

**Job Requirements**

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A degree in a relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing, supervising and leading preschool centres
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Results-driven and able to meet targets
  • Bonus points if you have knowledge of Mandarin or can travel using your own transport
