Job Description
The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company's product strategy, ensuring our payment solutions are user-friendly and aligned with market demands. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to deliver products that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities for new features and products.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize product initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably within the payment gateway, FinTech, or technology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, APIs, and technical integrations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the payment industry (e.g., PCI DSS, AML) is a plus.
