As a Marketing Operations Lead, you will oversee the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and packages. Your primary focus will be on campaign management, engaging agency relationships, and operational efficiency. You will ensure timely execution, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.

Campaign and Agency Management:

  • Oversee the delivery of all marketing campaigns.
  • Manage agency performance for those campaigns.
  • Sign contracts and approve invoices for agencies.
  • Optimize project management tools for campaign tracking.
  • Adhere to processes for visibility, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Track and share results, including case studies.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders & clients to ensure smooth implementation and execution of campaigns.
