Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Distribution Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient distribution of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage sales orders, pick slips, and shipping documents to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
