Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Manager to lead the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions tailored to the needs of the real estate industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for utilizing a variety of tools and platforms to create cutting-edge solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, and exploring emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Digital Solutioning: Develop and implement digital solutions that meet the needs of the real estate industry, leveraging tools such as PowerApps, Power BI, and BIM.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for digital transformation, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
  • Explore Emerging Technologies: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies and trends, and applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide Technical Expertise: Offer technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including training and support as needed.
  • Oversee Project Lifecycle: Manage the full project lifecycle from conception to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators: Analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of digital solutions and identify areas for optimization.
  • Stay Abreast of Industry Developments: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in digital solutioning, with a focus on the real estate industry/project management domain preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in M365 (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) with understanding of BIM working principles. Knowledge in Primavera and Softools is an added advantage.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
