Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in both accounting and administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

You should also have a high attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting, as well as fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English for effective communication.
