Accounting and Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Accounting and Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the company's financial operations.

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable and payable ledgers.
  2. Capture and verify all payments received, and reconcile discrepancies between the payment gateway and wallet.
  3. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  4. Manage the Accounts Receivable ledger and filing system, and assist in month-end closing procedures.
  5. Provide supporting documentation for audits and tax computation.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  2. Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  4. At least 3 years of working experience is required for this position.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  7. Well versed in MS Excel and preferably with experience in SQL Accounting.
