Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the country, including sales, marketing, and customer support strategies.
  • Build and manage a high-performing local team, including sales, marketing, customer support, human resources, and finance professionals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key account customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze country market trends and business development direction, and provide comprehensive strategy reports and analysis on the country's performance and progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency with company goals and strategies.
  • Drive a customer-centric approach to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in a senior sales or business development role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and use data to inform decision making.
  • A deep understanding and relevant experiences in the industrial automation, data center, and telecom industries.
