Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Engineer at Shorefield Sendirian Berhad. The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks related to the solar industry, solar power, solar systems, PV design, and electrical design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solar systems and electrical designs for various projects
  • Conduct site visits and collaborate with the team to ensure successful project implementation
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of solar power and PV design principles
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the team on solar-related matters

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the solar photovoltaic industry
  • Strong knowledge of solar industry, solar power, and solar systems
  • Experience in designing solar systems and conducting electrical design
  • Knowledge of solar power and PV design principles
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Certifications in solar energy or related fields are a plus
