About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Reporting Manager to lead our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective ESG strategies, drive business growth, and enhance our reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and oversee ESG-related projects from inception through execution, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and time requirements.
  2. Lead and facilitate regular project meetings, provide status updates, and prepare progress reports to ensure successful outcomes.
  3. Proactively manage project risks and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
  4. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate ESG project's progress and outcomes to senior management, detailing progress, risks, and outcomes.
  5. Engage with various internal and external stakeholders, including employees, senior leadership, and suppliers to communicate ESG initiatives and outcomes.

Requirements

  1. A university degree in IT/engineering/science/economics/MBA or equivalent qualification/experience.
  2. 5 – 10 years of relevant experience within the area of project/program management.
  3. Experience from Financial/Governance/Consulting/Program Management/Fintech industry.
