About the Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a senior-level ESG assurance professional. We're seeking a highly experienced audit manager with a strong background in Environmental Social Governance (ESG) risk assessment and management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading ESG-related audits across various levels of the organization, including Group, Functions, Business, and Country levels. They will also be expected to support wider department audit plan deliveries and collaborate with stakeholders from both 1LOD and 2LOD.

Key Responsibilities

  • To take ownership of ESG risk assessment and develop effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  • To lead and participate in ESG-related audits, ensuring delivery of agreed assurance objectives to established standards and timelines.
  • To support the planning, fieldwork, and reporting of internal audit engagements.

Requirements

  • A University Degree plus proven work experience as a professional auditor with core audit/business skills.
  • 8+ years of audit experience with large, globally established firms to cover risk audits and in particular audit experience and knowledge of Sustainable Finance, Climate Risk is preferable.
  • Data Analytics.
  • Professional audit certification preferred.
  • Certifications in Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) Certificate by GARP / Certificate in ESG Investing by CFA Institute / Certificate in Sustainability for Finance by ACCA preferred.
