The GCS Team

The Grab Commercial & Support (GCS) team plays a crucial role in driving commercial strategies across Grab. They work closely with clients, build scalable solutions, and improve processes to meet business objectives.

The Role

We are seeking an analytical professional to support the GCS Sales Strategy and Planning team. As a key member, you will balance long-term planning, process optimization, and project management to drive business success.

Critical Tasks

  • Provide analytical recommendations to guide projects forward.
  • Develop new business processes in sales planning, including baseline assessment and pilot testing.
  • Lead BAU processes in sales planning, including client segmentation and OKR reporting.
  • Support strategy and corporate planning for the Grab Commercial & Support organization.
  • Communicate organization priorities and guide agreement on team members to bring plans into operational reality.

Essential Skills

  • 5 years of experience in strategy, sales planning, or project management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, or related fields.
  • Business sense, translating complex analyses into relevant business insights.
  • Customer-focused approach in all aspects of planning and delivery.
  • Project management skills in accomplishing projects.
