About the Role

StashAway is seeking an experienced Campaign Management Professional to join our Marketing Team as a CRM Campaign Team Lead. This role will report to the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager and be based in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, in-app channels, push notifications, and WhatsApp, to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Campaign Calendar Management: Plan, schedule, and manage the CRM campaign calendar to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns across various channels.
  • Channel Assignment and Optimization: Assign the most effective marketing channels to reach campaign objectives and ensure maximum impact and engagement.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.
  • Resource Allocation and Management: Ensure that all necessary resources are allocated appropriately for each campaign and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, Brand, and Customer Engagement, to launch successful tactical campaigns.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 Years of Experience: In a CRM Campaign Management role with experience in newsletters, triggered, and transactional emails.
  • Campaign Planning and Management Experience: Having worked in a cross-functional team environment and managed multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
  • Project Management Abilities: Strong project management abilities and the ability to work within tight deadlines and adjust to changes in priorities.
  • CRM Platform Experience: Experience working with CRM platforms, such as CleverTap, SAP Emarsys, or Braze.
  • SQL Knowledge: Basic SQL knowledge and experience with data visualization tools like Metabase, Google Analytics, or Looker.
