You will be responsible for reviewing and improving our billing and collection processes, documenting best practices, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Manage the credit administration process from initial contact through to resolution.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
  4. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  5. Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to senior management.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree/Diploma in Administration/Management or minimum SPM.
  • Proven experience in credit administration or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and integrity.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
