About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Project Logistics business development efforts, focusing on our renewable customer base. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Main Responsibilities
  1. To develop, implement, and continuously improve strategies, customer account plans, and maintain a business pipeline to gain market share.
  2. To achieve assigned sales targets.
  3. To initiate market research as well as oversee road and port infrastructure surveys where needed.
  4. To provide a clear value proposition to customers by leveraging our competitive advantages.
  5. To develop business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
  6. To build a strong network with external key stakeholders.
  7. To collaborate and engage with internal stakeholders.
  8. To ensure operational handling requirements and customer expectations are understood and communicated to internal parties to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Typically in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find effective solutions.
  • Strong knowledge in EPC Project (Oil and gas, Power and generation, Infrastructure).
