Responsibilities:
- Supervise restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
- Manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize profitability
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant
- Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in QSR and in a supervisory role
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the Manager-in-Training role
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving skills and result-oriented
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Good communication skills and ability to deal with all levels of people
- Matured and shows good leadership skills
- Responsible, trustworthy, and high integrity
- Willing to work on shift rotation, weekends, and public holidays
- Min SPM qualification; fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
